To ensure your package is delivered properly and within the advised time frames, please make sure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant information. The use of accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment names and numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential for timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or improperly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via Canadian Post or Hong Kong Post. However, expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

**PROCESSING TIME**

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time once the package has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on various factors, standard domestic and international orders may take 3 to 5 business days to process, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and final delivery are included below for your reference. Please note that orders to the Philippines may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location, and orders to Hong Kong may take 1 to 5 business days from the shipping date. Orders to Canada and other international destinations may take between 1 and 14 business days, while shipments to some international locations can take 14 to 45 days, depending on the shipping carrier and method selected.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders may still take 3 to 5 business days to process. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer various shipping options, including the Philippines Post, Hong Kong Post, Canada Post Priority Mail, DHL, and FedEx, among others, to most locations (domestic and international). We reserve the right to select alternative carriers to meet shipping requirements.

Free Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for orders over $250 CAD or $185 USD to Canada and the USA, which includes tracking. For orders within Hong Kong, the minimum order for free shipping is $400 HKD and  2000 to 3000 Philippine peso the Philippines, the minimum order for free shipping.

Please note that by selecting untracked shipping, you understand that the package may be lost in transit, and we will not be held responsible for such losses. If you choose a tracked and insured shipping option, we will provide a shipment confirmation and tracking number once the package is dispatched.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by Zafori.com, Zazre.com, or Zafiru.com.

These fees are specific to the destination country, and we do not know the exact amounts. The shipping and handling fee applied at checkout does NOT cover any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, so please be prepared to pay these fees upon delivery. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be billed to you.
