1. Terms of Use
   1.1. Thank you for visiting ZAFORI.COM/ZAFIRU.COM. By accessing or using the ZAFIRI.COM/ZAZRE.COM website or mobile application (“Website”), whether automated or otherwise, you, as a registered or guest user (“User”), agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and any additional terms set forth by third-party sellers (“Sellers”).
   
   1.2. By accepting these Terms, either explicitly or implicitly, you also agree to comply with the ZAFORI.COM/ZAFIRU.COM Policies, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy, which can be found at ZAFORI.COM/ZAFIRU.COM/privacy_policy and may be updated from time to time. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, please do not subscribe to or use our services. We encourage users to read these Terms carefully while using the Website.

   1.4. ZAFORI.COM/ZAFIRU.COM operates as a marketplace and is not directly involved in the transactions between Users and Sellers. Therefore, ZAFORI.COM/ZAFIRU.COM has no control over the quality, safety, morality, or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the Sellers' ability to sell items, or Users’ ability to pay for the Products. ZAFORI.COM/ZAFIRU.COM does not pre-screen content or information provided by users and cannot guarantee the completion of transactions by either Users or Sellers. Consequently, ZAFORI.COM/ZAFIRU.COM cannot and does not transfer legal ownership of items from Sellers to Users.
   
   1.5. Additionally, the terms and conditions for any Product, sale, discount vouchers, gift vouchers, pre-paid instruments, or contests organized on the Website will be subject to the terms and conditions of third parties/Sellers. Some areas of the Website may also contain content provided by our third-party partners, and such content will adhere to separate terms and conditions, which will be posted within those areas.
   
   1.6. This Website may contain links to other websites not operated by ZAFORI.COM/ZAFIRU.COM. We have no control over these linked sites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.       1.8.1. You can terminate your agreement with ZAFORI.COM/ZAZRE.COM by (i) not accessing the Website, or (ii) closing your account, if that option is available to you.
      1.8.2. The aforementioned clause also applies to any additional terms related to using the Website, and ZAFORI.COM/ZAFIRU.COM reserves the right to terminate access to the Website, including any services provided.
      1.8.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, provisions in these Terms that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect after the agreement expires or is terminated.

2. Eligibility to Use
   2.1. Use of the Website is restricted to individuals who can legally contract under the Canadian Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 (UCTA) and Section 3(1) of the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance, Cap. 71 of the laws of Hong Kong. Individuals who are "incompetent to contract," including minors and undischarged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Website.
   
   2.2. Any minor wishing to use or transact on the Website must do so through their legal guardian or parents.
   
   2.3. The Website reserves the right to terminate any membership and/or deny access if it is brought to our attention that a User is under the age of 18.
   
   2.4. By accepting these Terms or using or transacting on the Website, you irrevocably declare and affirm that you are of legal age, i.e., 18 years or older, and are capable of entering into a binding contract.
